I have a new HPvs19e pc that I tried to update to Vista (using the software) but I didn't like it so I restored back to WinXP; however, since then I keep getting a dialog box that says,"upload.msi" missing. Can anyone help me get rid of this. Do I need to go to the dos screen and delete something? Please help, this is very annoying. Thank you ... you folks are great!

At what point does it come up? When launching any specific programs or right at startup?

It primarily pops up right at startup. But I suspect it may have something to do with a particular program called HP Digital Imaging Monitor.
