need help with removing malware

hi..oki i have ad-ware SE, when i start scanning my computer it will detect this maleware, so i delete it and also delete it from quranatine. so far so good, i start scanning again it detect this malware again but with different file name but same vendors'..i even download trojan hunter it didnt detect it..so what do you think the problem is? what i should do to remove this file? any info will be apprciated thanks in advance.
