You can download the latest version of the Microsoft Virtual Machine (build 3810) at the link below. After you download & install it restart your computer for the installation to complete.

windsormystic, Open IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab and scroll down to "Java (Sun)" and put a checkmark in front of "use Java etc." also under Microsoft VM put a checkmark in front of "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled etc," and restart your computer. See if this solves your problem.

Try the following:

05: Java is installed but still doesn't seem to work: Making sure your browser in properly configured.

To see whether your browser is configured to use the Java platform or not, first open the control panel. From the Start menu, select Settings, then Control Panel to open the Control Panel. You should see a Java coffee-cup icon in the Control Panel. (If you don't, it probably means the latest version of the Java platform isn't installed on your computer.)

Double click on the icon to open the Java Control Panel. In the Java Control Panel, click on the Browser tab and make sure that the Microsoft Internet Explorer box is checked. If it is not checked, click the checkbox to select Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then click the Apply button.

It's possible that you need a later version of the Sun Java VM. Go to the link below and first read the download instructions under "Windows (US English only) - Instructions" then download & install it. I would restart your computer after you download & install it. Hopefully this will correct your problem.

windsormystic, I'm glad that everything is working now and hope it continues to work. Windows does strange things at times. LOL

Take care,
