You can download the latest version of the Microsoft Virtual Machine (build 3810) at the link below. After you download & install it restart your computer for the installation to complete.

Thankyou Tufenuf i was able to find it! But now i got another issue with it when i opened it and it installed it had an error saying "SET UP WILL ONLY UPGRADE OVER AN EXISTING VERSION OF THE MICROSOFT VM." When i clicked on ok it said "set up complete" But now when i went to yahoo chat....the Java applet failed and i got another message telling me i need to update microsoft vm @www.microsoft.com/java...when i went there i couldn't find which one i needed! Oh my this was this difficult before?? I do have some sorft of coffe cup thing pop up that i downloaded a long time ago thinking it was the java i needed..Is this Sun Microsystem the problem maybe?? Well Thanks for helping me out if you can..sorry to bug....:)

windsormystic, Open IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab and scroll down to "Java (Sun)" and put a checkmark in front of "use Java etc." also under Microsoft VM put a checkmark in front of "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled etc," and restart your computer. See if this solves your problem.

Tufenuf........Thanks...but if you could only see me now!!!i'll let you know how i make out on this....geez....
Mystic....

Tufenuf...i really appreciate you trying to help me with this...but nothing seem to be working ....i did what you suggested and still i get the same thing...but now i get a message on the tool bar saying "applet notinied" what in the world does that mean?? Oh boy.... I tried even downloading the Instldllexe and i get the same damn message!

Try the following:
05: Java is installed but still doesn't seem to work: Making sure your browser in properly configured.
To see whether your browser is configured to use the Java platform or not, first open the control panel. From the Start menu, select Settings, then Control Panel to open the Control Panel. You should see a Java coffee-cup icon in the Control Panel. (If you don't, it probably means the latest version of the Java platform isn't installed on your computer.)
Double click on the icon to open the Java Control Panel. In the Java Control Panel, click on the Browser tab and make sure that the Microsoft Internet Explorer box is checked. If it is not checked, click the checkbox to select Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then click the Apply button.

I checked into everythiing from my conrol panel to the java icon and in there the browser was already checked...hmmm is it possible the java i downloaded is missing something?? This has got me baffled.....

It's possible that you need a later version of the Sun Java VM. Go to the link below and first read the download instructions under "Windows (US English only) - Instructions" then download & install it. I would restart your computer after you download & install it. Hopefully this will correct your problem.

I went into my run program (cmd) jview to see if i am running microsoft vm and my error read...Jview is not recognized as an internal or external operable program or batch file....ahhhhhhhhhhh i'm going nuts over here....also when i went into sun java's page it said sunjava does not support yahoo chat either...omg...what else can i do??? Give up?? lmao..i just might do that i am so frustrated right now it's not even remotely funny..

Tufenuf....Okay...i don't know what i did or something just happened but everything works fine now! Omg...i don't believe this! Very weird...I would really like to thankyou for your time in helping me resolve this matter somewhat...If i ever need help or suguestions again i'm a gonna come a looking for you!
