Need help with Cloning HDD

I have P4 2.4 with 256 DDR Ramand 80GB Samsung HDD. The 80 GB HDD have 2 partitions c drive is 40 GB and d drive is 40.
I also have Another pc with same configuration but the only difference between two with motherboard. 1st pc having intel 865 original motherboard and second is HIS 845GL Chipset motherboard, i want to transfer all files on first hdd to second.
i done clone HDD with Filecopy.exe in windows 98 but its not working with XP
if anyone know how to do this with xp please help me.
