need help to run Real player

hey, everyone. I have tried to install real player for many times. But while I was installing, it was noticed that "uninstaller component missing". After that, when I finished installing. I can see the shortcut realplayer in my desktop. However, it doesn't work at all. I did try to click on the shortcut but nothing happened. I did try to click anything which has the name "realplayer", but still be unsuccessful. Could you help me to solve this problem, please? Send me email if you can help me. Thanks in advance.

IMHO you are better off without it. It is full of spyware.

Download and install Real Alternative instead. It allows you to play Real Media files in just about any media player including Windows Media Player.
