Need help to recover User ID files

I accidently deleted a user file that I thought I could still access by using the administrator account so I need help to recover the files.

I tried that, not working because I didn't have system restore turned on :(

I always question why people turn system restore off...then they get themselves in situations like this...all the time. Tisk tisk.

As administrator, take ownership of the file or folder in question then you should be able to access.
