Need help to fix PC freeze problem

First PC freeze happen was when Imade DVD copy on Memorex internal DVD+RW drive by Easy CD/DVD 6.0 software. After then,if I don't touch pc or monitor over 15 mins, PC will freeze. Mouse and tast manager all did not work at that time. Only way I can do is turn off of PC power. Before this PC working is fine. I didn't adding or remove any hardware or software at last few monthes. How to fix this problem.
