Run this batch file from the command line to empty your bin.rmdir /q /s C:\Recycler
Note: If you have multiple drives, then replace C: with that drive letter.

Would there also be a way to add a DOS command line at the end of the BATCH file, that would also reset the recycle bin's icon to "empty"?
