Download Ultimate Boot CD for Windows from the following website : http://ubcd4win.com/ in another system and follow the instructions from the website how to make live bootable xp from that and then boot from that cd. After you boot from it there is a utility to reset the admin password use that to reset the password. Make sure that you download jellybean keyfinder also.
