Need a vbs script to move a file.

I'm in need of a .vbs that will copy a .xml file from a network share and place it to a local directory. Over writing the current
.xml. It would go something like this. from \\network\share to c:\\program files\salesforce.com\03. None of these remote users will have admin privileges... Help please
