My orinter stopped working on 2/23/05. Since that day it does not print a thing. When I try to, say, update the driver it gives me the message "Cannot find SHELL.DLL". What gives?
I tried to copy the shell.dll file from system into system32 but that did not seem to work. I know this was a feeble attempt at fixing the problem.
Anyone have any suggestions? I have already tried deleting and readding the printer, of course. I unplugged it, rebooted, etc. I even tried it on another computer and it was able to print so obviously it is the computer. Oh, and I do not have the installation disc.
