i have a nec lavie ll370/f laptop,,, i`m really having a hard time to find motherboard for me to install in on my laptop,,, pls help me

... which led me to here (change "os" dropdown to suit) not much concerning drivers; not sure about the first download "xphnsetup0807.exe" antivirus? firmware update? it's in Jap lingo what ever!
