I have 2 user accounts both are set as Administrator accounts but the problem is the second admin account will not receive any activation accounts at all be it MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
If I try through the first Admin account it works.
Any idea on what will be causing this and how to fix it.

Not sure what you mean by the receive any activation accounts...but will give this a try.
1) You are using an admin account but are unable to log into or sign up on any secured login website.
This is caused from a possible two different issues but both are security problems.
a) The user permissions has been set to deny any secure activations either by windows or a possible third party program.
b) Cookie and flash scripting are disabled or set to high or you are trying to incorporate a stealthing program....secured authorization from websites demand that cookies be installed onto your computer so that they knwo who you are!Your other user name has the settings currectly set!
2)another possibility here is that you are trying to sign-up or use another allias on the website....most forums will not allow this to be done from the same registered IP address..

For example facebook. My girlfriend wants her own facebook account she had to create it through my windows account to receive the activation email otherwise if she done it through hers she does not get the activation email.
Definatly not number two as she can create an account in my windows account and receive the activation email.
If it from the first group how do I fix them.
