Name on locked screen

Specs: Win XP Serv Pack 2, 480 MB

How do I change my name on the locked screen from Owner to my full name? I've tried many different ways, including going through the system registry like i was once advised, but nothing worked.

Just got to "control panel/user accounts" <click> on "Owner" and choose "Change my name".
