TECH DETECTIVES: Now my LiquidVideo LCD monitor won't use the top 1/2" of the screen, although the mouse and wallpaper can be seen there! New geForce2 MX400 video card seemed installed okay. So, I backed out the latest driver, disabled the OEM HP Pavilion driver, reinstalled the geForce2 driver, but no good. Resolution, color depth and refresh rate don't matter. A CLUE: desktop icons and open windows occupy their proper places until the very end of the boot-up and loading process, then they pop down 1/2" ????!
