Specs: Windows XP
I unistalled an antivirus program and I deleted some registry records for completly uninstalling it. Probably I deleted something more, because:
My windows won't boot (file missing or corupt: \windows\system32\confyg\system )
I tryed to with the windows CD to use the repair option. I saw that the drive letters are inversed. What can I do?

The only thing you can do is to re-install. \windows\system32\confyg\system is when the registry resides and when to deleted something you completely screwed the registry.

You could try a repair install and see what happens, you have nothing to lose. I would recover any critical data you have on the disks first.

If you get the system back up but the drive letters are wrong, see this:-

You might have to temporarily move the lower drive letter to a high one in order perform the shuffle.
