Hello..Anybody Please Help me... My Windows XP Don't shut down though I hit Turn off Pc. It get restarted..do anything but it get restart. I'm Running Xp Pro. go to display properties, APM, enable advanced power management.

Right click on My Computer, click Properties then Advanced. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings. Under System Failure unclick the automatic restart option. Now reboot. When XP encounters the offending driver, you will get a blue screen identifying the driver or problem file. Delete or uninstall the conflict and you will be okay. yeah i have this problem,my problem is in keyboard file when i delete it a new pops out its imposible to get rid of it

If you have Easy CD Creator installed, that is more than likely the culprit. Until Roxio adds full support for XP, Try using Nero. And if you don't have Easy CD Creator installed, then never mind.

For what it is worth, Roxio does have full support for XP. Roxio has had the upgrade for Easy CD Creator 5 out for a couple of weeks now.
