Problem: Google and IE has been highjacked to Find4U. I used highjacked and fixed them. However when I reboot it all comes back. I have located the file in my Windows Start up file but it won't let me delete it. It must be attached to a necessary operating file of Windows.....HELP!!!!

Please read that post. If you still have problems after running Spybot or Ad-Aware then post a log file but only in the Security/Virus Forum.

I was able to remove the file from my start up folder, but I had to GO TO SAFE MODE to do it. I pressed F8 while the computer was rebooting. Highjack found the items and repaired them. However, they kept reappearing upon reboot. The removal of the file from the start up folder fixed the problem. I picked that info up from the Virus section. Dohhhh...I should have checked there first.....First time user here, thanks for the help, Next time I will use proper protocol.
