if you mean the wireless light is not turning blue, the wireless adapter in your laptop may have failed. You didn't say what make your laptop is, but on HP/Compaq laptops, wireless adapter failure is a common problem.

HP will fix it if the laptop is still covered by the warranty, otherwise you'll have to buy a USB wireless adapter because repairing the internal one will be very expensive without warranty.

How are you connected to the internet?
If connected to a router, which make and model is the router?
Are you trying to connect wired or wirelessly?
What kind of computer are you using, laptop or desktop computer?
What orange light have you pushed and where?

There are thousands of computer models around and by no means do they all, or even most have them, have the lights mentioned. That is why we need the make and model number of the computer, so that we can understand what the lights are supposed to do and then help with this issue.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
