helow there guys..i have a problem with my webcam. everytime i open my webcam on msn, my computer turns off. i scan my computer for virus, adware, spybot. and i still have the same problem. i also uninstall/ installed webcam software but its still the same problem. i dont really know what to do. if you guys have idean what i should do that will be really of you. thanks in advance. wazup

Did it ever work? What if anything did you install or change before it stopped working? (If it ever did).

Hi ... Try doing the following >>> start >> control panel >> add and remove programs >> Locate your webcam program and select to uninstall , Once its uninstall do this >> Right click the Start and select explorer , Now if windows is install on the C Drive ? Expand the C Drive , Then expand Program Files , Search for your webcam folder , once found right click on the folder and select delete , afterward just close everything ... Now go to your recycling bin and delete whats there ... Restart your computer ... Once its restarted go to the manufacturer of your webcam and try to get the latest driver for it ... See if that works

Hi ... Yes to your question , Just look for your webcam with the exact model number , then search for the download section on there website , Once found download the latest driver they have listed for your windows , assuming its windows xp ... Whats the name of your webcam with the model number ?
