i have a photo printer a HP Photosmart 100 and a digtial camera HP 715 when i want to add it in the scanners and cameras, i would go to add device and den start A: but rather i go to F: for my cd because deres only cds setup, when i run the cd, the devices cant be found. same with the printer. i wanna know HOW plz help

I would go to the HP web site and download the latest drivers. If yours are anything like my PhotoSmart P1100, the instructions tell you to boot with the printer not connected and install the drivers. During the install process, you will be told when to connect the printer. Do not connect until you are told to, or the process will fail.
