My Safe icon on desktop wont open

"My Safe" icon on desktop won't open. Normally, I would click on the icon and I would be asked to enter the password or finger-print swipe. But now, I click on the icon and nothing happens. Other desktop icons work fine.

Wanted to add:
This icon is a "system" icon and the properties reveal a grayed out selection was made for this to 'run in its own memory space.'

I'm guessing either a Windows update modified some setting? Don't know b/c it used to work but I haven't used it in several months.

Any ideas, great.

Fixed.
Went to msconfig and selected all to load at startup. I must've removed a startup item that was required for this program to load.
