I am having problems with "My Pictures" "E-Mail this file" when I click on e-mail this file outlook express opens and i do not get the option to reduce the size(s) of the photos..i know how to do the phot size change but i wanted to do it under the 'e-mail file option"???? I do not get a "send Pictures via e-mail diaologue box" please help!!! many thanx in advance gemma

You can change the file size just by attaching it to email. You'll need to change the file, save it, and then email it. Or, create a zip file and add your photos to that...then send the zip file as an email attachment.

Gemma, Try this: go to...Start / Run and type: "REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL" (without the quotes)(Yes, there's a space between 2 and S) Click...OK. I don't know anything about 66-90-213-62.dyn.grandenetworks.net I am just having a problem sending a picture on the main body of my email. I don't have any problems sending pictures as an enclosure. After I send and then go to my email "sent" folder, it shows the email with the picture just as if I had sent it clean. The picture is received as a box with a red x in it. Appreciate any help... Jim Johnson
