I imaging that you are pressing F1 because of some bios setting being wrong. You need to test your hard drive and Ram. I use memtest to test ram and I use the "Seagate hard drive testing tools" for all hard drive tests that I run but you can go to the manufacturer of your drive and download the testing program specifically for your hard drive. It could also be your motherboard, power supply (unlikely) or windows has become corrupt and needs to be repaired. Start with the hardware tests.
