pankaj4n6, what if you double click an individual mail to open it? I have mine set that way deliberately. You can set it to 'preview' each mail in turn, but I don't recommend it as spammers often send stuff blindly and get a report if the mail is opened. 'Preview' does that and a valid address is an open invitation to get LOTS more spam. HTH. Ed in Texas.
