my nero is screwed

hey... im having a problem with nero ... i installed this language pack for nero and it came in portugese or some stupid language that i dont understand. I already uninstalled nero, but when i reinstall it, it still comes in that stupid language... wat am i sposed to do?

Why would you install a language pack when the default language is English...?
Go here and email Nero support, explain what you did and how can you fix it.

you installed nero language pack as an upgrade to your installed program! you did NOT install the language pack into the .exe file because you can't, so you have to manually delete every registry entry that has to do with nero. even going into program files right clicking the nero folder and deleting it. after your computer is free from any nero keys or files, reinstall it. uninstalling it doesn't completely remove all the files and reg keys. thanks...

hey ibot... thats wat i thought too and i started going through but there were like 100s of entries.... maybe ill havta use another search program that will search thru my registry...

i got it... i just went to nerosmartstart and changed the language preferences to english and then it asked if it should change for all nero apps and then done! ty for the help guys
