But when i tried it at home my mouse does not work? i tried another type of mouse which is my logitech usb, stl it doesn't work but it works on my laptop. I keep rebooting and umplugging changing my cheaper usb mouse and logitech usb but stl it doesn't work. i dn't even know how to use my keyboard to operate my pc. Can u help with this?
Press the "windows"logo on the keyboard. Use the "up" arrow and other arrows to select control panel, press enter. When control panel opens use the arrow keys to navigate to "mouse" and press enter. Press the tab button until the first tab on the mouse properties window is highlighted and then use the arrow keys to get to the various tabs and look at the settings to see if any are not OK. You can also navigate around the icons on the desktop using the keys. Press windows logo + "d"to reveal the desktop and then use the arrow keys to get to the icon you want. With a little practice you can get to most things on the computer. Try and get to device manage and check that the driver for the mouse is ok and if not update it.
