Whenever I try to turn on my monitor the light glows yellow/orange, not green! it wont come on, any suggestions?

One or the other. Either you smoked the video card or your monitor. You need a laptop to test which way to go. Unless you have some sort of built in diags that help. What do the instructions say?

Disconnect the monitor data cable then turn on monitor power. you should get a "No Signal" message on screen. If so your monitor is fine and your problem is elsewhere. No display could be a sign of a number of possible problems including failed VGA card, Failed CPU, Failed ram, failed motherboard, failed powersupply. When you try to startup do you get a POST beep? Do your fans all start? Do the drive lights blink to show power? Does the Harddrive LED show normal activity to indicate booting? Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day.
