I have an nvidia gforce video card and a samsung 700nf monitor. I want to lower resolution to 480x640 to watch movies from my digital camera. The "settings" only goes down to 600x800. If I change one of the other settings, like pixels per inch, will it then let me go down to 480x640?

Changing Resolution- 1.In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab. 2.Click the Advanced button. 3.Click the Adapter tab, and then click the List all modes button. 4.Select the resolution, color depth, and refresh rate that you want and click OK.

Hi wolfee, Chuck 2, hello everyone,
The method provided by Chuck 2 will indeed work.
Another method so you don't have to keep going back and forth with the display resolutions is to run the program in compatability mode.
Right click on the Program you use to watch the movie and select Properties.
Click the Compatability tab.
Place a check next to "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution".
Click on Apply and OK.
Best Regards, Mesich
