My MAXTOR one touch mini is dead

Please i nead a help... becouse i have the Maxtor one touch mini edition 80GB and it was working good.. but after i download wendose vesta the programme it's blocked and deleted.. so now i don't have the programme to open the hard disk.. can you please help me ??

You installed Windows Vista...and it deleted itself? Sorry you're going to have to explain better.

I guess you were running Vista Beta. Vista betas perish themselves once its clock reached the predetermined date of "DOA."

Any programs you installed on the top of Vista Beta die with it.

FYI Vista RC is scheduled to implode on or before June 1st 2007 just like all Beta versions.
