I suspect that either you quoted the wrong model, or the wrong year.
The hp pavilion zd7000 notebook is a lot newer than 1998 - it was probably made in 2008.
If it WAS made in 1998, or in any case

Look for the similar label on the outside of your computer.
Quote the specific model number - that's at the end of the first line.
Quote the Product number - that's on the third line.
