my laptop restarting itself at startup why?

Specs: Windows XP, 1.6HZ/1G
Guys, my system was running on Window Vista, i later change it to Window XP. i installed some application on it,which i restart and it works normal,after some hours, i start it and it keep restarting it self,pls what can i do?

Boots up automatically
Try in the Bios, disabling WOL (Wake on Lan)
Most modern ATX motherboards should have a 3-pin Wake-on-LAN connector near the PCI slots and should included BIOS support for Wake-on-LAN power up. If you have an Award BIOS check the Power Management Setup for this option.

XP Logon Screen Does not Appear and the Computer Continuously Restarts
