My laptop Freezes

When I start my laptop, and I use my keyboard My Toshiba Laptop Freezes. But my touchpad mouse works, but the keyboard freezes my laptop then I have to restart it again. Any HELP ??
boot in safe mode and uninstall any crap or remove any crap from the startup menu or msconfig.
