My Laptop freezes at startup

Ok well today when I started up my computer everything was normal,then when Im done logging in and I get to the desktop the cursor moves but when I click nothing happens. I cant click anything. Task Manager will not open. I booted up in Safe Mode with networking and thats what Im on right now. I have AVG 8.0 and Im scanning but It made me use the command line scanner because its in safe mode. Its still scanning and it doesn't freeze at all in safe mode. I think it has something to do with some drivers. This just started happening and my laptop has been running perfect since today. So if you have and idea on how to fix this please help.

How about trying a System Restore?

I tried a restore. Nothing changed. I know its not a virus because i scanned it with Malwarbytes AntiMalware. I think it has to do with some drivers, because it works fine in safe mode with networking because thats what im in right now.
