My Laptop Freezes at Safe mode

When i turn on my laptop on It automatically puts me in safe mode. When i try to click on a option to start it, it freezes automaticaly what do i do can some one tell me whats wrong?

Hi Joe,
When your computer is doing its startup cycle (where you see the Windows logo etc) press the f8 button repeatedly (like once a second or faster). This should give you a boot-up menu. From this menu select: "Start Windows Normally". If this doesn't help or does nothing, then repeat the first step but this time select: "Use Last Known Good System Configuration" from the list of options.

Iv tried that but when i click on ethier option it goes black screen and freezes on black screen.

Your description sounds like a hardware problem with either the hard drive or memory. You need to run diagnostics to check what is not working correctly.
Check for memtest86 and Hitachi drive fitness test. Both can be set to run from a bootable CD or see if an external USB floppy is available to run them.
