Use spybot, adware to get rid of this hijack.

Click on Start, Run, and type "msconfig". Under the Startup tab, uncheck "winlgn.exe" and click apply. Restart the computer. This should stop it. This is only a work around. It does NOT remove the problem. By the way, AdAware and Spybot don't detect this problem.
