My email address is hashed out!

I run Norton AV and use Outlook XP. Every time I send an email to anyone my email address before the @symbol gets hashed out e.g it appears 'from': #########@mydomain.com
This has only just started happening and I have disabled Norton AV and tried outlook express and I think it is also doing it then.
I have checked the properties of the account and nothing has #'s next-to/before it and the headers show everything normally.
I have contacted my ISP and they say it's a client issue!

Don't know what email program you're using, although you say you tried it in Outlook. Check your options very carefully and be sure something's not checked that could cause this. Eudora, for example, has more and more options all the time.
