Right Click Desktop....Properties.....Appearence (Tab).....Advanced (Button)

goto: START> CONTROL PANEL> DISPLAY>APPEARANCE>ADVANCED. You should be able to change what you want in there.

I know how to do that actually! (don't know a whole lot of info about computers though...lol)
Go to your control panel.. Appearances & Themes Display Appearance tab at top THen click 'advanced' button at bottom Item pull down menu, select icon Then below that you will be able to change the font.
