My computer wont boot!

OS: Windows XP proffesional
CPU/Ram: Athlon 64 3200 CPU and 10

Help Help, my computer wont boot!

Heres the deal: when i start up my computer, it wont really boot proberly. I get the choice to start wondows up in several modes:

Safeproof mode and with either network and commandprompt
Last used mode, which worked
Start up windows as normally

None of these modes really do anything, than restart, and then go through the whole feature again. I have tried them all.

It is possible for me to acces BIOS, however, that is the only thing that i really can do. I have tried to re-install Windows from a CD - however, it wouldnt let me.

Right now im writing form a laptop, really hoping for someone to help me.

you must setup computer boot from CD-rom in BIOS.

Yes, i did that, however, when i changed the boot sequence, it didnt really response to that, and just rebooted as 'normally'
