my computer when run CMD

does anyone encounter this already?? My computer would suddenly shuts down whenever I hit Run then type CMD.. it displays a message but it was very quick so I wasnt able to read it. Anyone knows how to solve this?? it seems a virus..HELP PLEASE

turn off automatically restart and post the EXACT error message that comes up when the pc shuts down

In case you do not know how to do that ----

Right click My Computer,
Properties,
Advanced tab,
Settings button (Starup and Recovery),
uncheck Automatically Restart.

Now you should get an error message when it happens again.
