My computer keeps freezing

Specs: Windows XP sp3, AMD PhenomII X2
My computer keeps freezing way too much.. after freezing, the cursor move but I can't click anything. When I turn it off and on again, it always freezes again during start up.

Hardware Configuration:
Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 (3.2 GHz) 555
M.Board:ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2
RAM : 2GB DDR3 - 1333
HDD: 1TB Seagate(7200rpm)
OS: Windows XP SP3 (OEM)
