| My computer screen keeps flashing and messing up what i am currently doing. For example when I open internet explorer and start typing a url, the computer flashes the curser jumps back to the beginning of what i'm typing. This happens on the google search tool box on internet explorer also. This doesn't just occur in internet explorer but on all the programs i have tried and on the desktop screen. For example, when i click the "start" button, the usual selection of programs opens up but then closes after the computer flashes (which occurs anywhere from once every <1 to 5 seconds). Or when i highlight text, the highlighted part starts flashing. The interesting things is that once i get to the program or website the flashing stops effecting my typing or use of the website/program. I am actually typing this right now with no strange effects besides the internet explorer bar on the top of the screen flashing. I don't think its monitor or video card related because of these other effects but I may be wrong.
Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.
