my computer just reboots for no rea

please help me with a detail explanaition of what i should do

mostly during games my computer just reboots out of nowhere. this happens about 3 times a day and its getting on my nerves.
when it reboots it doesnt even go directly back to it being on it stays on a black screen and says i should insert a system disk after i press ctrl+alt+delete a couple times it goes back to normal.

sometimes when on the black screen it say fttp....

please help me

thats a sign of your computer is not properly cooled..........make sure you pc is not in a closed cablinet.........and open your computer case up and make sure the fans are running like normal!!..........and if your overclocking somthing then thats the problem!!.......or it could be your power-supply unit.......but i doubt it.........well i hope that solves it.......any one else got any other clue what his prob could be!!?
