ok, my computer SUX , it loads everything in an hour , i got adware, spyboot, speed optimizer softwares to fast the computer, i removed a lot of stuff from the computer, and i did disk defragment, and many other stuff....My computer after and even b4, when i try to open a program, it doesnt open right away, and net explorer it freezes in the middle till it loads, and everything is so slow while i have a 100 gb, pentium 4 1.6ghz computer...i scanned for viruses there is nothing..what more can i do?

Masrawi: Open Task Manager and see what the most memory-intensive processes are. Make sure nothing is running which shouldn't be there. Solarian

Do what every other tech-savvy person does REINSTALL Windows if there's no critcal data on your system. Windows appears to be inherently crappy. I tend to do bi-yearly reinstall. I save all my data and settings. I wipe my machine clean and reinstall Windows. After that I'm all set. TECHZAPORT OUT!!!

well i have a lot of data that i need..and to save it all ill need a lot of space , like about atleast 50 gb, so thats hard to do
