Also i would like for someone to recommend me a good Anti-Virus software and is it possible for me to talk to a technician and make him completely remove all my errors and make my computer work again? And if so how much do they charge? I hope someone can help me.
Can anybody please tell me about this log fro m Hijackthis? I would appriciate it. Thanks

Get the following
AVG anti virus (free) - reccomended
EWIDO (Trial)
Spybot search and destroy (Free)
Lavasoft adaware
CWShredder (Free)
Zone alarm 4.5 (Firewall)- recommended (Pay)get hijackthis
run the scan and save a report
copy paste the report heredo the above first then we will work on the other problems.
by the way which anti virus/firewall/spyware products do you use at present?
Thanks,

Be careful here: many of these messages from Microsoft security centre are not...; more often a ploy by vendors to get you buy their products... As far as I know... M$ do NOT send you a message directly telling you your PC is infected...
So apart from installing a few well tested, proven, known to be OK utils avoid - these messages and ignore them - unless one of your current utils coughs up the message...?
I tend to favour Spybot, AdAware, Avast (av util), Zonealarm...; not currently using CC leaner (has caused me and few others...) some problems with XP in recent past, though many find it OK...

'Be careful here: many of these messages from Microsoft security centre are not...; more often a ploy by vendors to get you buy their products'
true
but still get the software suggested and see what results you get.

I agree with Trvlr. If it was MS Security Centre or Microsoft Defender giving you the messages it would be a bit more specific at exactly what the problem is.
This defiantly sounds like someone trying to fool you into thinking your computer is infected so you will buy their products which are often crap.
Stuart

I agree with the above ... don't be fooled by bogus ads pretending to originate with Microsoft. And along with the legitimate programs recommended by trvlr and StuartS, you might even want to check out the following free online virus scan by TrendMicro: Housecall.

go to www.avast.com and get the anti-virus they offer , it is great and home edition is absolutely free....run a boot scan and if it finds virus look online for remover for that virus........good luck

Right click my computer .. go to manage .. click on services ... disable windows messenger!
This is not msn messenger it is windows messenger and it opens up ports to your machine where spammers can get in and send erroneous warning spam.best of luck Frank :
