Hey all, I recently did a system recovery on my computer to restore it back to it's "from the factory" freshness.I have actually done this a few times when I have run into problems.I have to give Microsoft props for this idea,it has saved my butt quite a few times. My questions are these: Can doing this frequently harm my system in anyway? I know doing this is very annoying because everytime I do it I loose all of my downloaded files, but I seem to like it better than just doing a system restore. My last question is:The last time I did this my computer didn't boot up with the "My computer" icon already on the desktop. Now I don't know if this is just my imagination playing with me,but I thought it always booted up with that icon already on the desktop. It was no big deal getting the icon back,I was just curious.Thanks.
