my computer frezes every five minute

i had bitlord antivirus on my computer and i installed bittorrent on it as well.after that my computer has become very slow.i cant delete,copy or uninstall a program.the machine freezes every five minute after i logon.pls i need your help.i was trying to uninstall one of the antivirus but the uninstall process starts and stop.and the computer freezes.
