Open the case and take out each card and carefully put them back into the slot to and make sure all the pci cards, memory(ram) and cables are securely in their slots. Make sure the cpu heatsink/fan is securely set in the cpu clip. Check all the fans to see if they are working properly. Then try it to see if it will work.

Did you check the power supply to make sure the switch is set on 110 and not 220? It might have been switched during the move. Do you have a volt meter to check the power supply's output? Try moving your stick of RAM to another slot, or use a single stick if you have two sticks.

Make sure there's no CD in the CDRom... I've had that happen a few times, where it just wouldn't boot cause of a CD in the CDRom.
