My computer, from time to time will start barking. Why would this be?

After scanning, click delete. It will ask to reboot to finish removal.Also download Malwarebytes free from this link update and run a full scan:

Sorry but just couldn't resist it.Back to the serious business. I know it is not easy but can you find a way to try describe this noise any more closely - is it a squeak for instance?
Can you determine whether it is coming from the speakers or inside the case?
I take it the computer is behaving normally in other respects.
