My machine auotmatically boots itself. I have scanned it with Norton and Spysweeeper, both updated and patched and found nothing. Is anyone familiar with this problem?

Does it give you a one min warning and then it restarts? if so that sounds like the "Blaster" virus, and you should surf to microsft.com click "downloads" and look for two patch files they have for it.

If it's starting up on its own, make sure Wake-on-LAN or wake-on-xxxx is disabled in the BIOS.

Mine does the same thing. I've checked the wake-on-lan settings and they're off, no sign of virus or anything. I've unplugged the pc and plugged it back in and it still doesn't boot up on it's own.
Sometimes when i turn on the tv it boots up, it's on when i get home from work. I just don't get it.
